みなさん、こんにちは！　もうすぐで2011年も終わりなんて信じられませんね。このコラムもこちらで今年最後のコラムとなります。

さて、まずは『007』シリーズ最新作『007 スカイフォール』を現在撮影中のジェームズ・ボンドこと俳優ダニエル・クレイグにまつわるニュースからお届け。映画の内容や撮影の状況に注目が集まる中、先日ダニエルについて聞かれたプロデューサーのマイケル・G・ウィルソン氏は手放しで彼を絶賛しました。
「ダニエルは完璧なボンドで、素晴らしい俳優であり、完璧な男だね。もちろんファンも彼を愛してやまないけど、ダニエル以上にボンドを演じられる人はいないんじゃないかと思うほどだよ」。ダニエルに対する称賛は止まることを知らない。「いまのところ撮影はとても順調に進んでいるよ。ダニエルの演技を見て、彼とは、ロジャー・ムーア（3代目ボンド）の記録を超えて8作まで撮りたいと思ってる。彼がとても真摯にこの役に取り組んでいるからこそ、みんなにボンドを楽しんでもらえる。ダニエル以外に『007』を撮りたいと思う俳優はいない、彼はフィルムメーカーにとっての憧れだよ。多くの人が初代のショーン・コネリー以降のボンド役の中でダニエルが一番好きだと言うけど、まさにそのとおりだね。彼は素晴らしい仕事をしてるよ」。

ボンドファンの方、ここで計算です。ここまでダニエルはまだ4代目ボンド、ティモシー・ダルトンと並ぶ2作のみにとどまってますが、最新作を加えると計3作になります。同時に5代目ボンド、ピアース・ブロスナンの4作と比べると、まだ1本少ない。初代のショーン・コネリーは計6回にわたり『007』に主演してますが、スピンオフの『ネバーセイ・ネバーアゲイン』（'83）を加えると、ロジャー・ムーアと並ぶ7本に出演していることになります。ただ、問題なのは、シリーズを通しての製作のスパン。ショーン・コネリーがボンドを演じていた頃は、6年間で5本も撮っていましたが、最近では一作品につき2、3年は要しているので、条件は異なりますよね。読者のみなさんはどう思いますか？　ダニエルがこの先さらに5作でボンドを演じるのを見たいと思いますか？

さて、話題を変えて先週末に迎えたクリスマスの話題から。子供たちにとってクリスマス・シーズンの大きな仕事は、サンタさんに送るプレゼントリストを作ることでしょう。私も幼い頃は、リストを作って“サンタさんに届けるため”に父母に渡していました。Facebookやツイッター、iPhoneが広まったいまの時代でさえ、アメリカの子供たちは毎年クリスマスを心待ちにし、当日にはツリーに駆け寄ってプレゼントを確かめるものです。そんな中、この少女は大そうなプレゼントをもらっていることでしょう。そう、トム・クルーズ＆ケイティ・ホームズの愛娘、スリ・クルーズです。事実、今年のプレゼントリストの合計金額はおよそ13万ドルにも及んだそうですよ。その内訳はこちら。「ポニー」、「ダイヤモンドのイヤリング（本当に両親はプレゼントしてしまうの!?）」、そして「スリちゃんをお姫様に変身させるガウン（スリちゃんのお洋服は、もちろんどれも高額品です…）」。親しい人の話によれば、パパ・トムとママ・ケイティは何よりもクリスマス・シーズンを大事にしているそうで、可愛いスリちゃんの要望を出来る限り完璧に叶えるのにいつも必死だそう。もちろんスリちゃんは、今年のリストに書かれたものも全てゲットしたことでしょう。

クリスマスの次は、新カップルの誕生の噂？　先日、キャメロン・ディアスとエンタメ界で幅広く活躍するショーン・コムズ（P.Diddy）がニューヨークのナイトクラブでキスしているところを目撃されました。先月にもビバリー・ヒルズで同様にキスしている姿をキャッチされている2人。いまハリウッドで最も異色なカップルに認定？　ハリウッドのトップを走り続ける2人は、長きにわたる良き友人同士だったはずですが、そこからの未来があるのかも…？

さて、これが今年の最後のコラムということで、最後に私が考える“2011年の最低の○○”を発表！　一言に集約するなら、それは…「カーダシアン一家」です！　アメリカでは今年、テレビから雑誌まで、常に「カーダシアンが○○」という文字が躍り、彼らの話題でもちきりでした。しかし、次女のキム・カーダシアンがNBA選手のクリス・ハンフリーと“夢のウェディング”をし、たった2か月の結婚生活で離婚に至ると、人々の“お手本”であるべきカーダシアン一家はどこに行ってもメディアとファンの激しいバッシングの嵐に迎えられる始末。みな同様に、この結婚は彼らの“いたずら”で、テレビ向けの話題づくりだったと非難するばかりでした。この一騒動で、“無敵”のカーダシアン一家が脆くも崩れ去ったわけです。そんな中、キムの妹・クロエが夫でNBA選手のラマー・オドムの「ダラス・マーベリックス」への移籍に伴い、一緒にL.A.からテキサスへお引越し。セレブ界の“スーパー・チーム”は解散を余儀なくされたわけですが、これでカーダシアン一家を目にすることが少し減るといいのですが…。

HI readers, can you believe that 2011 is ALREADY ALMOST OVER??? And this will be my last article for the year.

First of all, news in about Daniel Craig, who is currently filming the latest chapter of the James Bond franchise, "Skyfall".Recently, when he was asked about how things were going with the filming of the current Bond film, producer Michael G. Wilson had nothing but praises for Craig in his role as the suave superspy. He said in a recent interview, "Daniel's been a terrific Bond, a superb actor, and a terrific man. The fans love him and I don't think there's a better actor to play the part. Filming has gone very well so far and I'd love Daniel to surpass Roger's record and do eight pictures. Daniel's been an absolute pleasure to be around because he takes the role so seriously. There's really no one more passionate about making these films work than him-he's a film maker's dream. A lot of people have said that Daniel's been their favorite Bond since Sean Connery, and I can't argue with them. He's done a great job."

So, Bond lovers, let's do the math....So far, Daniel Craig has only done two Bond films, which by the way, is the same amount of Bond films that Timothy Dalton starred in. So add the following film, and it will make it three. That will make it one less than Pierce Brosnan, who did four Bond films. Sean Connery starred in six "official" Bond film, but if you include the off-shoot Thunderball remake "Never Say Never Again", then that ties Sean Connery with Roger Moore for 7 007's.The only problem is the pace with which they have been making the last few Bond films. When Sean Connery was Bond, he did five Bond films in SIX years. Whereas recently it seems that they are taking about two or three years just to come out with ONE Bond film.What do YOU think, readers? Are you ready to see Daniel Craig posing as Bond for another five films?

Now one of the big things that children do during the Christmas season, is for them to write out their Christmas list for Santa. I used to remember how excited I would always be, coming up with the list, and then giving it to my mom and dad to "give to Santa". And even in this modern Facebook/Twitter/iPhone era, kids all over the United States continue to do that every year, waiting in anticipation until Christmas day, when they rush to the tree to see if Santa brought them all the things on their list.
Well, one little girl who has QUITE the Christmas list is Suri Cruise. In fact, her Christmas list is probably worth about $130,000 this year!!!
Her list this year includes:
-A Pony
-Diamond Earrings (really???? are Katie and Tom REALLY going to give her DIAMOND EARRINGS????)
-And gowns that make her look like a princess (and if you have seen some of the dresses that Suri wears, these aren't cheap EITHER)
According to sources close to Tom and Katie, they LOVE the Christmas season and always make sure that they make the experience as close to perfect as they can for Suri.
So I GUESS that means that little Suri WILL be getting all the things on her Christmas list?

Finally a new couple alert??? It seems that recently Cameron Diaz and P. Diddy have been seen kissing all over New York, in various night clubs. AND just last month they were seen in Beverly HIlls kissing as well!! Now is that one of the WEIRDEST couples to recently emerge from Hollywood, or what?
The two A-listers HAVE been good friends for a long time, but hey...maybe there's a future...?

And now...since it is the end of the year and this is my last article for 2011, here is my "WORST of 2011"...actually I can pretty much sum it up in one word...KARDASHIANS!!!!
yuch!!! It seemed like here in the United States people just couldn't get enough of the Kardashian family...they were ALL over the television, and also all over the magazines. Everywhere you looked it was "Something, something...Kardashian". Then Kim Kardashian got married to NBA player Kris Humphries in the "dream wedding" of the year, and less than two months later decided to get a divorce. And all of a sudden, the family that could do NO WRONG was being bashed everywhere in the media and by fans. People started complaining that the wedding was just a big "hoax" and that everything that Kim and her family did was being set up for television.
And now the Kardashian family seems to have realized that they ARE NOT invincible. (THANK GOD!!)
And with NBA player Lamar Odom (formerly of LA LAKERS) being traded to the Dallas Mavericks this month, Khloe kardashian (who is married to Lamar Odom) has moved to Texas to be with her hubby. So the "super team" of the Kardashian family has been split up!! Does this mean that we might see LESS of the Kardashian family? I SURE HOPE SO!!!
